Ms. Justice Larissa F. Finally made it into the world on Nov. 1st. Weighing 6 pounds 15 oz and 19and a half inches long . Let me tell you it wasn't easy. During this pregnancy everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Did I mention that my epidural didn't work? However I am blessed that she came out as healthy as can be. The only things that I can complain about is being sleep deprived but I am getting used to it now. This pregnancy lasted forever I didn't think the day would ever come when I got to meet my new bundle of joy. The pic below is of me blogging while in the hospital. Please excuse how I look I didn't have time to get myself together.
I am so happy and blessed! I am a proud mother of two wonderful children. My son wasn't too fond of his little sister at the beginning and I still think he is a little jealous. However he is improving and he is always wanting to help out. I notice a big difference in my children already. My son is always peaceful and happy he wakes up every morning with a smile on his face and always ask how you doing?( in those words). Even when he was little he was peaceful and anything calmed him down from crying. However my daughter is complete opposite she is always cranky and she is very greedy and I notice that she frowns a lot. For some reason I believe she gets that from me I'm not proud about being cranky but that is just who I am anyways although its still early I think she looks like me just a red version, lol.
Oh and for those who are inquiring why my children are red and I know that some of you all are because me and husband get questioned all the time and someone even had the nerve to tell me that my son wasn't mine and that he was adopted. Don't worry I didn't take it personal. I just want you all to see the reason why. The first picture is my grandfather in law. The second is my mother in law along with my grandfather in law. Lets just say that that the red skin jeans skip a generation, twice!
Hair Updates: My hair is still the same no changes just getting longer and I think the ones that I was having trouble with locking are actually starting to lock now. I was smart enough to retighten my hair right before the baby came. So I wouldn't have to worry about it for a while. I haven't had anytime to style my hair lately although I really want to. I think the best bet for me right now is to style my hair on some rollers because curls last longer. I'm thinking about buying a under the hair dryer ( Hard Hat Dryer). I really want one and I know it would help out with making the curls last even longer. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm coming up on my year and a half mark on Dec 1st. Hopefully the next time I blog it will be about hair and I will have updated pics. Maybe I will experiment with my Soft Spikes again. Anyways I hope you all enjoyed the pics. Until next time much love!

Let me be the first to congratulate you on having a safe delivery, even if the epidural didn't work, and on the birth of your new little one. She's absolutely precious. And I like her name too.
I was very fair as a baby, and while growing up, persons would call me a 'jacket'. In JA, that means a mother was trying to pass off her child, fathered by another man, on her boyfriend/husband. However, my colouring came from my paternal grandfather, who was extremely fair. So I understand your situation. :)
P.S. The 'jacket' would be the child being allegedly passed off. I re-read that bit and it sounded ambiguous.
What a beautiful Family! Your son and daughter are both sooo cute. I'm very very very happy to hear that even though the delivery was a tough one your daughter was healthy and you were good in the end.
I still can't believe you were blogging while in labor.
I look like my mother and father spit me out so I was never a question, my brother on the other hand is another story.
Anyways, I'm glad to see the new addition to the family is doing well and this is yet another example of Sisterlocks coming to the rescue. Could you imagine if your hair was loose or permed?
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!!
Congratulations on your new addition. I agree with the previous posters... your family is beautiful. Happy Thanksgiving!
CONGRATULATIONS ON THE BIRTH OF YOUR DAUGHTER,HAPPY FOR YOU THAT EVERYTHING WENT WELL.YOUR SON IS VERY ADORABLE.
THANKS FOR SHARING THIS FAMILY OCCASION WITH US.
ALL THE BEST.
Huge CONGRATS! sis on your precious new addition -- she is simply gorgeous and completes your already beautiful fam! Trust me, you look wonderful (and if I didn't mean it, I really wouldn't say it). I remember barely having the time or energy to get a comb through my hair when my little ones (now teens) first came on the scene. If I'd had SLs, I wouldn't have had to worry about that -- so I will live vicariously through you. :-) Thanks and hats off to you for (somehow?!) finding and taking the time to share your blessed event with us. I look forward to updates!
Congratulations!!!
I am absolutely thrilled for you and your family. Your daughter is so beautiful and teeny weeny -- I just want to touch her little hands and feet. And your son is a cutie pie. I'm sure he'll be a great big brother in no time.
