Lately I have noticed that I am having a huge problem with issue with lint. It seems like the lint has came from out of no where! I didn't notice it before, and now it's starting to get on my nerves. Every now and then I attempt to remove the lint but it is very agitating try to remove lint from locks that just wont budge. I thought using tweezers would make it easier, but I'm not so sure. I'm thinking about going the easy way out and just die my hair back to black! Only time will tell.
So in the mean time I decided that it was time for me to return to keeping my head covered as much as possible, not only while I'm sleeping. Although I do sleep on a satin like pillow case it clearly is not enough. As I went looking for my old loc socks I couldn't find either one! I needed a covering and I needed it right away. What was I going to do? Go to Walmart, they have everything! Indeed they did. Not only did I purchase a satin like bonnet, I also purchased something that looked like a loc sock! I was amazed to find this, it was perfect for locks! I guess it's called a bonnet pocket. The price is great. They both cost about two dollars and some change, I think $2.27 to be exact. They come in different colors, black, purple, brown, beige and etc. I had no choice to stock up! Although I love the loc socks and silk coverings you can purchase from the Internet, I thought this option was most feasible since it was a lot cheaper. I didn't have to pay for shipping and handling, and I didn't have to wait for it in the mail. So if you are in need for a lock covering satin bonnet or satin bonnet pocket, head on over to Walmart or your
nearest beauty supply store.

I finally decided to style my hair with pipe cleaners, after seeing a very good tutorial. I will post pics and share more in detail in the next post. The curls came out great!
Until Next Time Much Love

I'm all about the satin bonnet and the satin pillowcase! Totally lost my sexy, but o well!! That lint is no joke, especially in the winter, I love big furry sweaters too!
@ Cheleski
I have already responded to your email, hopefully you got it. You are right those loc socs are kind of tight around the hairline.
@ Gigglz
I have a satin pillow case as well for those days that I'm too lazy to get up and put a covering on my locks.
You beat me to it! I was planning to blog on these bonnets. I've been using them since my microbraid days and they work great! I like that they are very gentle to your hairline because there's no elastic. I also got my boyfriend to use it because I got tired of seeing that crinkle in his locks where he tied them down with a scarf.
P.S. I'll still post my blog entry :-)
I am going right now.. cuz I am totally with u on the lint issue..
I also use those (satin bonnet). I stocked up too because the price is so affordable. Also, I don't have a problem with it coming off at when I am sleeping. Walmart is my one stop shop. Now if only they had essential oils ...
